Get Right, Keep it Tight

When I first started this blog a couple years back, I was on a 'health kick'. My post frequently discussed health concerns, farming and I also enjoyed showcasing my clean eating habits.
As the years have past I feel as if my diet has somewhat worsen. With this regression I have stacked on a few too many pounds.

While I do enjoy some of the jiggle ;)  I'd like to rid my tummy fat.

As cliche as this may sound... This year I'd like to get back on track with my exercise and diet! 
No one is saying you must be vegan to be healthy... but I do believe that have a whole food, plant based clean diet is what the body truly needs to function properly. And I am ready to to snapback! Goodbye gluttony! 🐋
