This has to be the best use of 425 sq. ft ever! I love the modern designs of this space and the fact that this is a 3 tier loft! I personally would of liked a bit more kitchen counter space but I love the outside veranda on the top floor! This is definitely a space for a couple with out kids...or can be thee ideal bachelor pad. This space is located in New York's Upper West Side and was sold for $95,000 back in 1994, I am sure today that price can be quadrupled.
