Get fit in 5 mins!
So I found this pre-shower workout on GlistenFit.com and I am looking forward to doing this tomorrow. It is time for me to kick it into high gear... my birthday is around the corner!
I will also be changing up my cardio workouts...I was running 2-3 miles every other day but that got boring real quick. I decided that I will do a series of sprints every few days, maybe a break down like ... 2 x 400m, 2 x 200m and 4 x 100m.
I think back to my high school and college sport years and I've always enjoyed sprinting and it is a great workout! So I've mapped out the distances around my neighborhood the other day using my Runkeeper App... I will update you guys with my progress next week!
