Spring Cleaning

Spring is in the air! 

So this past week I spent much of my time tidying up the place. While cleaning I realized a few cleaning items I have are not eco-friendly.

I put a few of these cleaning products to the test on the Environmental Working Group Guide to Healthy Cleaning. And boy was I shocked…Windex Powerized practically failed the toxicity test.

Now there is a brand that I love because the company Seventh Generation does not used dyes nor harsh chemicals. Seventh Generation uses vegetable based cleaning agents along with essential oils like lavender for scent. Next time your at the store check those ingredients out!
